A fantastic piece of film and music memorabilia signed by music legend Frank Sinatra on programme from a Children’s Charities Concert held at the Odeon Theatre Leicester Square 1962 (see programme images) Sammy Davis Jr on magazine cutting and Dean Martin Peter Lawford and Joey Bishop on autograph book pages. Along with 12" x 10" b/w photo and Rat Pack Live at the Sands CD. Mounted in grey velvet and black with engraved plaque in Italian black frame . They were the most popular and influential musical artists of the 20th century though they reportedly referred to themselves as “the Clan” or “the Summit, ” the group never called themselves the Rat Pack, that name was generally adopted by the media and has stuck to this day. But their effect on the fairly modest resort and gambling destination of Las Vegas firmly put it on the tourist map. At the height of their appeal in the first half of the 1960s, a reported 34,000 people flocked to the Sands Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas over a four-week season. These autographs are from my personal collection I have been collecting in person for over 40 years and have the expertise in buying and selling celebrity, sport, music, film and television autographs.
